These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Lassiter Reid LLC (“Lassiter Reid,” “we,” “us”), a California limited liability company based in Los Angeles. By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Prices and offers
The packages and prices on this site describe our services and show starting points. They are not an offer that can be accepted by clicking, emailing or booking a call. Every project is scoped with you and quoted at a firm price before any work starts. The work is governed by a written production agreement signed by both parties, and if anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.
Airtime and media are bought by you directly from the platform and are not included in our prices. Recurring fees, such as the annual streaming TV use fee after the first year and optional campaign management, are described on the pricing section of the site and set out in full in the agreement before you sign.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Projects are paid 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. The deposit is credited against the project price. Either party may cancel in writing. If a project is cancelled, you pay for the work completed and any approved third-party costs we have already committed to, and we refund any unearned part of what you have paid. If sixty days pass after your brief is approved and your materials are received without material progress on our side, you may cancel and receive a refund of everything not yet earned. The production agreement sets out these terms in full.
Estimates and results
Cost comparisons, turnaround times and industry ranges on this site are general estimates for illustration. They are not a guarantee of price, schedule, reach or results for any particular project. Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including where and how often a spot runs.
Our work and samples
The reel and samples on this site include spec work made for fictional brands to show what we can do. Any resemblance between a fictional brand and a real business is unintended. Trademarks of real businesses belong to their owners.
The site, the reel and everything else on it, including video, graphics, text and design, belong to Lassiter Reid or its licensors. You may view and share links to it. You may not download, copy, re-edit or reuse it without our written permission.
Client review pages
Some pages are shared privately with a client by link. If you were given one, please do not share it outside your business. If you reached one by mistake, please let us know.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the site to send spam, to submit anything unlawful or anything you do not have the right to share, or to interfere with how the site works.
Other websites
The site links to services run by others, such as Calendly for booking calls. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lassiter Reid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred dollars. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of it changes the terms of a signed production agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about them will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
